InnerTalk is a staple in my personal self-improvement routine. I’ve used the InnerTalk subliminal programs for years with great success. The CDs are extremely easy to use—you don’t even need stereo headphones. Just put the CD in your favorite CD player, turn it on, and go about your day. I’ve found that they are great in the background while doing housework or working on the computer. Also, I listen to them while I sleep which also had some great results.
Each InnerTalk CD has a specific set of affirmations to help reinforce a positive belief so that you can naturally make those positive changes in your life, often subconsciously.
